♦ Article 7 - Delivery

7.1 - General

Your package will be transported by TNT Express services from Monday to Friday within 2 working days. The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process, at the latest on the date indicated on the payment page before validation of the order by the customer. TAMOLI cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure when the address indicated by the customer is incorrect. When you order multiple products at the same time and they have different delivery dates, the order delivery date is based on the later date.

However, TAMOLI reserves the right to split shipments.

In the event of a delay in shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery deadline which has been indicated to you. In the event of late delivery, we will suggest a new delivery date by email. In any event, in accordance with legal provisions, in the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days, you have the option of canceling your order within 21 working days. In this case, if you have received the product, after your cancellation, we will credit the amount of the product and delivery costs, upon receipt of the product by us, complete and in its original condition.

7.2 - Reservations

9.2 - Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
