Which transporters do you work with?

We work with the Chronopost service for delivery within 24 hours for sizes 120, 140 and 160 cm. For sizes 180 and 200 cm we work with Géodis.

What time will my package be delivered?

We are unable to give you a delivery time in the UK

Can I be delivered to an address different from my billing address?

YES. When placing your order, you can enter a delivery address and a billing address on our website. Once the order is placed, we will not be able to change the invoice.

Do I have to sign for my order?

We work with Chronopost and Géodis, the deliverymen must make you sign the delivery note which will be used as proof of delivery if there is a dispute.

What should I do if my package does not arrive?

Are Tamoli babymat waterproof?

Our Tamoli are designed with a waterproof leatherette cover.
If you spill liquid on it, you can use a clean cloth or damp sponge to remove the excess liquid and clean your Tamoli.

How do I clean my babymat?

DO NOT USE CHEMICALS, STRONG SOAPS, CLEANING AGENTS, FURNITURE POLISH, POLISHERS, OIL CORROSIVE POWDERS, CLEANERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL AND AMMONIA ON THE PRODUCT. 

  • Do not use detergents containing bleach.
  • Do not leave the product in direct sunlight for a long time.
  • Protect the product from violent shocks or animal scratches.
  • Never approach the iron, even to dry it.

On a weekly basis, remove dust or dirt from the surface of the product with a damp cloth or, if necessary, a soft white cotton cloth soaked in pure soapy water, rinse and dry.

Clean any sweat that may accumulate on the product without delay. Dirt and dust can be removed with a soft-bristled hoover. Do not use brooms with a hard brush on the surface of the product.

Cleaning the Tamoli

If you spill liquid on the Tamoli, soak up the excess liquid immediately with a white 100% cotton cloth or sponge. If necessary, hot water can be used. Water can dissolve particles and make cleaning easier. However, using too much water can cause water spots on the surface. Therefore, excess water should be removed immediately before it dries. It is always easier to clean uncured stains. Then dry it completely or let it air dry, do not dry it with a hair dryer or tumble dryer.

Studies have shown that the longer the stain is left on the product before it is cleaned, the more it penetrates the product and the damage it causes increases accordingly. Therefore, it should be cleaned as soon as it is noticed.

  • When coffee, tea, etc. are spilt: use a cloth or white paper with a high absorbency. Do not wipe immediately! Let the stain be absorbed by the cloth or paper. Wipe up any remaining moisture with a soft cloth in a circular motion.
  • Stubborn stains such as ink, biros, lipstick: Alcohol and cologne are not recommended. Wipe with warm soapy water in light circular movements. After this process, the surface is wiped again with a soft, clean and dry cloth. In any case, test the product beforehand on an invisible part.
  • Stains such as oil, mineral oil, mustard: Remove excess stain with a dry 100% cotton cloth. Wipe gently with a soapy cotton cloth in a circular motion. Then wipe again with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Chewing gum stain: Put ice in a bag and leave the bag on the product for a few minutes. Lift the bag and carefully remove the chewing gum residue that has hardened in the cold.
